I haven’t been logging my food like I planned, but I’m sticking to 3 healthy meals a day. I’m also drinking water before, after and during I eat. Wednesday is the day I plan on weighing myself. I’m kind of scared though, I don’t want to go on and not see any progress. I might wait another week…
I know even if I lost just 1 pound it will give me a ton of motivation.
I just keep imagining myself hitting my goal weights. I know I’ll be a happier person because I’m working hard for it and I’m doing it a healthy way.
